Our Mission

The Victim/Witness Program strives to reduce the trauma of a crime by empowering and assisting crime victims, witnesses and significant others in reconstructing their lives through advocacy, support, information and referrals.

Your Rights

In Utah, as a victim of a crime, you are afforded certain rights under the law.  The Victim/Witness Program is here to ensure those rights are protected and enforced throughout the criminal justice system process.
