1-1-9. Severability.

The Board of County Commissioners of Tooele County, Utah, hereby declares that said Board would have passed these recodified ordinances and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared unconstitutional, void or unlawful.
