The Tooele County Clerk's office is responsible for business licenses, elections, voter registration, marriage licenses, passports the recording of the Board of Commissioners public meetings, contracts, liability insurance, record management and risk management for the County.
Business License - All business licenses expire June 30. Business licenses must be renewed prior to the June 30 expiration date. Click here for Online Business License Renewal.
Board of Commissioners Public Meetings - Regular meetings are held by the Tooele County Board of Commissioners on Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. in the Tooele County Building, 47 South Main, Room 310.
Election Information - Voter registration information, polling locations, key dates for upcoming elections and more.
Liability Insurance - Process liability claims involving county property.
Marriage Licenses - Licenses are issued 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The office is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays.
Passport Information - Applications are processed 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The office is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays.
Records Manager - Manage GRAMA (Government Records Access and Management Act) requests.
Risk Management - Manage Risk Management Program for county including Accident Review Committee.
