Heritage Path Apartments consists of 20 townhouse style units, with an equal mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units.
Families will be selected for participation based on eligibility and date and time of application being received.
Rental rates will be determined based on household income not to exceed 30% of gross income. A $400.00 security deposit is required prior to lease up.

Westwood Mesa consists of 22 townhouse style units, with six -3 bedroom units, two – 1 bedroom ADA units and fourteen – 2 bedroom units.
Families will be selected for participation in accordance with the preference guidelines outlined in the application taking into consideration the date and time of application being received.
