Old Hospital

The
Tooele Hospital dates back to 1873 when it was originally constructed
as a residence by Samuel F. Lee. It was used as an old folks home
in 1913 and was known as the County Poor House. Later it became
the Tooele Hospital and then reverted back to an old folks home
when the new Tooele County Hospital was built in 1953.
