Danger
Cave
Some
of Tooele Countys earliest inhabitants made Danger Cave their
home more than 11,000 years ago. Several archeological digs inside
the cave have revealed it wasintensively used by several nomadic
Native American bands for thousands of years. The cave received
intensive use when there was plentiful food and water nearby. It
is believed these early inhabitants were descendants from nomadic
tribes that crossed the Bering Land Bridge from Asia and journeyed
onto the American Continent.
