The Building Maintenance Department provides property management services for all county buildings and grounds.  The department also provides:

• Planning and Development of New County Facilities
• Maintenance, Remodeling and Renovation of Facilities
• Acquisition of Office Furniture and Furnishings
• Reservation of Conference Rooms
• Snow Removal
• Issuance of Keys and Access Cards
• Risk Management Functions
