11-10-1. Agency established.

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Subsection 17B-4-201(1) of the Utah Redevelopment Agencies Act, Tooele County hereby creates and establishes the Redevelopment Agency of Tooele County and directs that the requirements of Subsections 17B-4-201(2) and (3) be complied with to finalize the creation and establishment of the Agency pursuant to law
