11-10-2. Governing body.

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 17B-4-203, the governing body of the Redevelopment Agency of Tooele County shall be a board consisting of the current members of the legislative body that created the Agency, namely, the members of the County Commission of Tooele County
