11-10-3. Powers.

The Redevelopment Agency of Tooele County is authorized to enter into agreements generally in connection with redevelopment, economic development and education housing development matters and shall have the power to transact the business of a redevelopment agency and also to exercise all the powers, rights, duties and privileges set forth and provided for in the Utah Redevelopment Agencies Act, Utah Code Annotated l953, 17B-4-101, et seq., and any successor or replacement law or act, and as the same may from time to time be amended. All other provisions of applicable Utah State law, as the same may from time to time be amended, are hereby adopted by this reference as if fully set forth herein.(Ord 02-23) (09/17/02).
