14-3-6. Hearing examiners.

The Board of County Commissioners may appoint one or more hearing examiners to review and hear applications filed under this chapter and make recommendations to the County Commission and to any other officer, employee, board or commission that made the decision that gave rise to the constitutional takings claim.
