15-2-5. Authority to provide and maintain county roads .

The Tooele County Department of Engineering under the general direction of the county commission, is authorized to plan, designate, establish, regulate, maintain and improve county roads. The road division shall place and maintain traffic control devices and signs as required by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
