15-3-1. Purpose.

This chapter is for the purpose of regulating any excavation occurring in a Tooele County road or right-of-way and providing monetary assurances that Tooele County roads will be returned to the original condition after excavations. (Ord. 95-19, 9/12/95 ; Ord. 92-5, 9/1/92 )
