15-3-5. Specifications.

(1) Street pavement cuts and backfill shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, and Tooele County Manual on Road and Highway Design Standards.

(2) The contractor and/or excavator shall be responsible and provide warranty for backfill in County roads and backfill under sidewalks, curbs or other structures for a period of 2 years from the date of inspection by the Tooele County Engineering Department.
