1-12-1. Purpose.

This chapter is for the purpose of implementing the Emergency Interim Succession Act (Section 63-5b-101 et seq., Utah Code Annotated 1953) and providing for continuity in Tooele County Government operations and functions in times of a local emergency or disaster.
