1-3-3. Commissioners bond.

The Judge of the District Court in and for Tooele County shall prescribe the amount in which each member of the Board of County Commissioners shall execute an official bond before discharging the duties of his office. County Commissioners' bonds must be approved by the District Court Judge prior to being recorded and filed. (Ord. 95-19, 9/12/95; Ord. 92-5, 9/1/92)
