2-1-6. Distribution.

The Chairman of the Tooele County Commission is authorized to execute whatever documents are necessary to distribute sales and use tax revenues on the combination of point of sale and population factors set forth in Section 59-12-205, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended.
