4-20-1. Board established.
There is hereby created the Tooele County Accident Review Board. (Ord. 2004-23, 9/7/04)4-20-2. Membership and terms.
Accident Review Board members shall be appointed by the Tooele County Commission. Their terms will run indefinitely. (Ord. 2004-23, 9/7/04)4-20-3. Duties.
The Accident Review Board shall review and monitor all accidents, damage, loss, and claims regarding Tooele County property and also those accidents caused by or involving on-duty county employees. The board shall make recommendations to the county commission for safety initiatives for the protection of county employees and equipment and for the protection of the general public.
