4-5-2. Vacancy - Removal.

Any vacancy occurring on the Planning Commission by reason of death, resignation, removal or disqualification shall be filled by the Board of County Commissioners for the unexpired term of such member. The Board of County Commissioners may remove a member of the Planning Commission for cause after filing written charges against the member. The member shall be provided with a hearing on the charges if requested. (Ord. 95-19, 9/12/95; Ord. 95-5, 2/21/95)
