5-11-3. Procedures for tax liens with a judgment .

Once a judgment has been obtained from the appropriate court assessing costs against the responsible person, the ordinance enforcement administrator may record a code enforcement tax lien against any real property owned by the responsible person. (Ord. 2005-05, 2/15/05 )
