5-12-4. Allocation of civil penalties .

Civil penalties shall be deposited in the General Fund of the County. Civil penalties deposited in this fund shall be appropriated and allocated in a manner determined by the county commission. The county auditor shall establish accounting procedures to ensure proper account identification, credit, and collection. (Ord. 2005-05, 2/15/05)
