5-1-11. Adoption of policy and procedures.

The hearing officer is authorized to develop policies and procedures relating to the hearing procedures, scope of hearings, subpoena powers, and other matters relating to the Administrative Code Enforcement Hearing Program. (Ord. 2005-05, 2/15/05 )
