5-5-6. Disqualification of administrative code enforcement hearing officer.

The hearing officer is subject to disqualification for bias, prejudice, interest, or any other reason for which a judge may be disqualified in a court of law. Rules and procedures for disqualification and replacement shall be promulgated by the hearing officer. (Ord. 2005-05,  2/15/05 )
