5-7-6. Cancellation of recorded notice of violation .

The ordinance enforcement administrator or responsible person shall record the notice of satisfaction with the county recorder. Recordation of the notice of satisfaction shall have the affect of canceling the recorded notice of violation. (Ord. 2005-05, 2/15/05 )
