5-8-3. Determination of civil penalties.

(1) Civil penalties shall be assessed per violation per day pursuant to the County fee schedule for a notice of violation.

(2) Civil penalties shall continue to accrue until the violations have been brought into compliance with the Tooele County Code, zoning ordinance, or applicable state statutes. (Ord. 2005-05, 2/15/05 )
