5-8-5. Failure to pay penalties .

The failure of any person to pay civil penalties assessed within the specified time may result in the ordinance enforcement administrator's pursuing any legal remedy to collect the civil penalties as provided in the law. (Ord. 2005-05, 2/15/05 )
