6-18-5. Use of Jacobs brakes or dynamic braking on State Road 36 prohibited.

To insure the peace and health of the public and to reduce noise in residential communities, the use of Jacobs brakes or dynamic braking by diesel powered vehicles over 10,000 gross vehicle weight on State Road 36 from Interstate 80 to the Tooele City limits is prohibited except in an emergency.
