6-5-1. Duty to erect.

It shall be the duty of the Tooele County Engineering Department to cause to erect, in conformity with the manual and specifications of the State Road Commission, traffic-control devices and traffic signs to regulate, warn and guide traffic on the streets and highways of the County.
