6-6-1. Erection of traffic - Control devices.

It shall be the duty of the County Engineering Department to cause traffic signs and other traffic-control devices to be erected, to regulate, warn and guide traffic and parking on the streets, highways and property of the County. No traffic-control device shall be placed or maintained upon any highway under the jurisdiction of the State Road Commission without first obtaining the latter's permission.
