6-8-1. Purpose.

This chapter has been adopted for the purpose of protecting sensitive areas located in Tooele County by regulating or restricting the usage of motor vehicles thereon. The Tooele County Commission has determined that the indiscriminate use of motorized vehicles in the specified sensitive areas will damage the water shed, destroy plant and animal life or will endanger the integrity of sensitive structures such as dams or flood control devices.
