7-1-11. Closing of approved garbage container required.

No approved garbage container shall be filled to the extent that the lid does not remain firmly closed at all times or to such an extent that the contents may be spilled during the process of pickup and dumping into the solid waste collection vehicle. (Ord. 04-07; 2/24/04)
