8-2-3. Interference with officer prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and intentionally interfere with any animal control officer in the lawful discharge of his duties as herein prescribed. (Ord. 95-19, 9/12/95; Ord. 92-5, 9/1/ 1992)
