9-4-17. License - Term.

Sexually oriented business and employee licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid from the date of issuance through June 30th of each succeeding year. The license fees required under Section 9-3-13 above shall not be prorated for any portion of a year, but shall be paid in full for whatever portion of the year the license is applied for.
