9-4-2. Purpose of provisions.

It is the purpose and object of this chapter that the County establish reasonable and uniform regulations governing the time, place and manner of operation of sexually oriented businesses and their employees in the County. This chapter shall be construed to protect the governmental interests recognized by this chapter in a manner consistent with constitutional protections provided by the United States and Utah Constitutions.
