9-4-26. Nude entertainment business - Location restriction.

It is unlawful for any business licensed for nude entertainment to be located within 330 feet of a business licensed for the sale or consumption of alcohol. (Ord. 95-19, 9/12/95;Ord. 92-5, 9/1/92)
