9-4-27. Seminude dancing bar - Operation prerequisites.

It is unlawful for any business licensed for the sale or consumption of alcohol pursuant to County ordinances to allow any person on the premises to dance, model or be, or perform in, a state of seminudity without first obtaining a license pursuant to this chapter. Seminude dancing shall be allowed only in private clubs and taverns. (Ord. 95-19, 9/12/95;Ord. 92-5, 9/1/92)
