9-4-45. Inspections .

The sheriff, zoning administrator, county planners, and health department shall provide continuing inspections of each sexually oriented business to ensure compliance with all applicable business, zoning, health, safety, and public safety regulations. (Ord. 03-41, 12/23/03)
